Plugs n wires question

Alright well i have decided i am going to buy the BPR6ES plugs since i will still have my t-25 for a while and ive read all the threads about them being fine.

My second question is what wires should i get? ive read about the magnecore 8.5 wires but are they really necessary? I do not mind spending the extra money for quality but if it is not needed then i wont get it. If so what would anyone reccomend a wire that would be good quality and better than stock wires? Or should i just leave the stock wires in general???

ive heard good things about the 8.5's and that the 10mm's are overkill but the 8.5s with those BRP6ES should be a really good combo

Well the 2 wires of choice around here seem to be either the NGK wires, or the Magnecore. The Magnecore are great wires, kinda pricey, but in my opinion they are well worth the money. And the NGK's are great too. Either will do you just fine but since you plan on keeping your t-2slow then you might as well get the NGK's. That is unless you are planning on upgrading later to something major, but i think that the NGK's would do you fine. Its really just a matter of opinion and how much you are willing to dish out!

bpr7es with 8.5mm accels on my b16g

both work fine

Anyone's premium wires will do fine, from Wagner to whatever fancy stuff you want to get.

thanks, yes i am planning on upgrading later to a bigger turbo and i know its not a big deal to change the plugs to 7s but should i go ahead and get the better wires now?

so there is nothin wrong with getting the better top wires even though i am fairly stock? because i dun wanna have to change wires once i upgrade too.

Upgraded wires will be fine. I used to have the 8.5 mags, but they only lasted 10k and they popped off like 4 different times. No probs w/ the NGKs so far.

Nah. After all, the stock wires are only good for a measely 50,000 miles or so.

Yea... Not long at all.
NGK Plugs and Accel wires is the setup I'm running and it runs fine.

I'm also running Accel wires (not sure on the size, they came with my car) and the NGK BPR6ES plugs.

Accels are only 17 bucks or so on Ebay.
Dont pay the 50+ bucks some places charge.

I'm running "ebay" accels along w/ NGK 6's and run great.
Cured my misfire probelm so far.
I had magnecores but sold them because of their seeminly short longevity and price.
Never heard a bad thing about NGK wires but they are more $$$.
