I would say no offense... buuuut...

I'm pretty sure my gsx, WITH a rod knock and the bad turbo, could outrun a little 1.8. Indeed, there is something being smoked, but no, it's not a turbo dsm.

On another note, minus the white lettering on the tires, car looks good. Not ricey. Maybe it's just ricey cause of what's on the inside.

Yeah, sorry but it's kinda like someone with a "built" 2.8 v6 Camaro saying they'll take an iroc-z. It doesn't matter what you do to it it's still gonna be a sled.

But like people say, in order for you to beat a stock 2.0 turbo you'd need custom JE pistons with maybe 10.0 or 10.5:1 compression pistons, ported head with a 274 Schneider cam, milled down 2.0 non turbo cam gear, ported intake manifold with a 3000GT throttle body, ported exhaust manifold, high flow cat, 2.5 cat-back exhaust, and a 35hp shot of nitrous on 91-93 octane gas.

Don't even need all that. Slap a turbo on a stock block drop 400lbs off the car and you'll be embarissing alot of the stock to lightly modded 2.0s. And be pissing off all the evo's that you can keep up.

Nice to see you on here and with pics of your set up!!! I would do that to mine but its a DD So i have my TSI for all my track fun!

Believe it or not i still can get 30mpg when i just drive normal and thats with my timing retarded more than it needs to be just so i can stay in a safe zone under boost. When i get super boost happy i drop down to about 25ish. Its still just as reliable as its ever been. One of these days i'll go full standalone and really wake up.
