Please Help ! What kind of EBAY exhaust system ??

iv bought 3 different exhausts from ebay all on different eclipses, bbp brand(if they still have it) was the first to start to rust. the other 2 were good the one i have now is my favorite.. but its LOUD the only thing i didnt like is it had a bottle neck to the cat.
