Please help! Putting tranny back together and I broke something...

Hey guys I have a question. I was putting back together my tranny after replacing my blown center diff and I accidently broke the oil guide. Its the left one that sticks out above the 5th gear set. Can someone please explain to me what this oil guide does and if I would need to replace it? If I do need to replace it do I have to take apart the entire tranny to do so? I hope I don't have to bust open and drop the tranny just to replace this part. Thanks for your advice in advance guys! I appreciate it.

its used to help guide oil across all the gears, I've seen some with only one guide. If you just rebuilt the tranny I would try to replace the broken guide just to be safe.

Ya thats what other people have been telling me. Thanks for the suggestion as well. I might as well rebuild the tranny. Just gotta find the $ now
