Please Help *oil Leaking*

i just bought a 91 eagle talon tsi awd and i didnt relize that one of the top bellhousing bolts were snapped off in the block....now i think the previous owner started trying to drill it out and now its leaking oil out of the hole.... its not pumping out oil but its a normal leak....


does anybody have any ideas of how i can fix this leak without making it a major project?

please let me know asap
