Please help diagnose my car!

Alright, It was cold out this morning, so i woke up, got dressed, went outside and started up the car while I ate my breakfast. I let her warm up for maybe 8min or so. I went outside with my stuff and stopped dead in my tracks when i can hear the engine not running smoothly at all. Furthermore, WHITE puffs of smoke are eminating from my exhaust.
I get in, swearing my head off, and give her a little gas, only to find the small puffs would turn into a massive white cloud. It quickly vanished as I put it in gear and slowly rolled up my street, turned around and reparked my car. The check enigine light is now on.

What could be happening? did my head gasket spontaneously blow under the extreme pressures of my idle? Has my stock turbo blown? I need help!!!

Could a dodge/chrysler dealer read my code?
is it safe to drive it? the mitsu dealer is 40min away and dodge is like 4min.

when you find out whats wrong with your car let me know. i have a simliar case going on right now. i think its safe to drive. i drove my car to school for a week.

Well I took the advice and my fears were unfounded.
Turns out my code only meant I had a cylander 4 misfire, and the smoke was just unburnt shit from the cylander.
The solution though? New Plugs and Wires.
I'm order the accel (mm yellow) wires and some ngk 6 plugs (not the colder 7's).

I'm just glad its nothing I cant handle.

White smoke = coolant, not fuel. I would do a compression test.

Well the mechanics and I decided whatever came out of the tail pipe was a result of the cylander misfiring..but you could be right. I"ll keep an eye on it.

Well I can only think of two places for the coolant to leak from, HG and turbo. If you 're sure you saw coolant in the tail pipe, definitely do a compression test.
