Please Help! Carbon Fiber hood

Are the Hood Pins a necessity on the VIS Carbon Fiber Hoods? I like the look of the Hoods but not the Pins.

Not a necessity but very good idea to have. I was not going to put them on my car at first, then some horror stories that i have heard about the hood latch breaking, the hood wripping off, taking the window and roof with it made me get some. Some will say yes, others will say no, I think it is better to be safe than sorry.

Absolutley necessary on any CF hood.

i dont like the look of that hood......... eww plus it's too much money! which is the best reason not to buy it. i guess it it functional, kinda cool now taht i think bout it... but i would rather go CF

You might be going to the University of Tennessee?

It's awesome, but I drank too much, partied too much, and chased too many girls this first semester. It was my freshman year up there, I'm only 18.

It's a fun time man, and I need a roommate next year.

I got in with a 3.25 GPA and a 28 ACT score.

My roommate in my dorm got in with a 2.75 and a 22.

VIS VIS Just like everyone else has said, sure I don't own one but I've seen them and they are definately very very nice
