please help. bogs at 5000rpms...

okay about to give up...not getting any good help.
i go to do a 3rd gear pull, hit boost at about 3k rpms. it will pull hard! for a couple seconds and once it hits about 5k rpms it bogs like it wont keep accelorating and looses pull... its not just stopping like fuel cut before. i got my apexi safc 2 installed (dont know EVERYTHING about tuning it) and my innovate LC-1 wideband like everyone told me to get rid of my previous fuel cut issue. this isnt any better...
anyone have any tips solutions? i was told many time to buy a wideband and safc to solve the problem and have it be a fun daily driver / fun toy not a race car. so i bought them and installed, now what can i do to fix this with what i have?

3" apexi turbo back exhaust
FMIC all hard piping
Apexi safc 2
innovate lc-1 wideband
acp stage 2 clutch
run 93 octane

1G BOV recirculated to intake

Just one last thing, you know for cruising and idle you want to be around 14 to 15 on the wideband right? Most say the key is shoot for 14.7. Then wot you tune for 11.1 to stay conservative, a tad on the rich side... anything 10.8 to 11.3 will keep you pretty safe and you should be able to open that thing up

Also, you never answered what boost you're shooting for, haha.
 
my bad haha, well just cruising at like 2k rpms i was running 11.5-12.4 AFR's...that seems bad to me from what ive heard, am i right? and the car was at 24psi which is high as i would go for a while, right now i think its at 20, hard to tell with a manual boost controller and a boost gauge when you cant go over 5k rpms LOL.

would love to get a 20g turbo and dsmlink in the future and see what i can do.
 
Hey how did it turn out for you. I just bot a talon doing this. I found out the mbc was on backwards. Some people haha. So it would run till 5k rpm then hit fuel cut and it wouldn't boost up anymore so it looked like it was at 15 psi
 
my mbc was also on backwards. LOL but after that i can hit full boost and when i let off my car dies once i do a pull than put it in neutral ): no idea why?? it will start right up after it dies though
