A few months back I found a dent in the plastic bumper cover on the front of my Mazda 3. It is low on the bumper so I wasn't too worried about the paint. Below are the steps I took to get the dent out.

Take off all the plastic under the bumper so you can reach in and touch the back of the dent.
Take a heat gun and heat the bumper cover where the dent is. Take care not to over heat the paint and melt it.
Using a rag or work glove press on the dent to see if the plastic is soft enough to be pushed back into position. If it is soft enough push out the dent from the back side and press it into shape.
Take a cold wet rag and quickly cool the bumper. This will set it in place.
Below are my before and after pictures. When the car is on the ground you can not tell the dent was ever there.

Now for the small crack. On bottom all you need to do is get some fiberglass. Mesh and a two part epoxy put them on the back of the crack. The use some of the epoxy on the front and sand with 180 grit paper
