place to put a hose on the block

I need your help with this guys. I bought a JDM enigne it si an evo 3 motor. I am putting it in my car and under the water piping there is a place to connect a hose. I dotn know what goes there. I was wondering if anyone else has one or knows what to do. Thanks

I don't see a pic, chances are it's either for a water cooled oil cooler or for the turbo coolant lines.
