Not sure if this is the correct forum but I recently bought a Hallman pro and it has a 1/16 pin hole drilled in the side of the fastener. When I did my boost leak test it steadily pissed out out air. I read something about its to keep it from airlocking but it constantly leaks and my boost is all over the place. I currently have it plugged but is this normal for a HBC?

The reason I ask is because I have poor boost recovery and I'm wondering if this is contributing to it.

Yes I have done a boost leak test and it was the last leak I had. I put a dab of rtv to plug, which I'm guessing I shouldn't have LOL. Maybe its my cause then.
