Pile of soot in my driveway behind my car after idling

The first thing that comes to my mind is that the car might be running rich but DSMlink is reading a 10.88:1 A/F ratio so I'm not exactly sure if it is in fact richness that's causing the problem. The car doesn't let out any black smoke on idle, only this weird liquid stuff Somebody help me out please.

When is DSMLink reading 10.8 air/fuel? If its reading this at idle you are way rich as it should be ~14.7 at idle. If your saying it reads 10.8 at WOT, this means nothing as far as sitting in your driveway idleing as that is in open loop, when you are at idle you are closed loop and they are completely different as far as air/fuel ratios are concerned and how they are achieved.
