Ok, well in my quest to find a boost leak I obtained a boost leak tester and ran it through with a full 7 gallon airtank, regulating to 20psi. I did not get any boost held whatsoever according to my boost gauge (aftermarket.) So I went spelunking for the problem and found this

Thats obviously the upper part of the Intercooler that leads to the Upper IC piping. My question is, is this fixable, or should I just replace the Intercooler? I also need to drive this car and am wondering if it will screw up anything, since I'm guessing the A/F mixture is going to be affected by this (obviously.)
