Finally just about done. I get one day a week to work on my turbo install. It's been a long 2 months. Thanks to forum members SnoopySLR, DSMJim, and GSGoinFAST for all your help.

alot of it was just detailing. Replaced all 10mm bolts with new stainless bolts, re-powder coated some backets, hand sanded radiator lines and polished. Alot of work I do I don't do over night if I have to have the car down weeks I will for it to be done right.

Sorry guys, totally off subject.

Chris, what kind of exhaust is on your mustang? I'm trying to figure out what I want to put on mine, but I don't want flowmaster's.... everyone has those.

thats acutally not my mustang, that picture was taken at my friends house, its his. its a 6 banger which he got a complete cat back done and made it dual exhaust... and sorry, but he has dual flowmaster mufflers  its sounds pretty bad ass tho in my opinion. i like it alot. we also cut off his rear cat/resonator(not sure which it was) and it made it sound even meaner. LOL so sorry but its another flowmaster mustang LOL.

Well our stock ECU cannot adjust fuel based on intake air temps while in boost. The ecu cannot see any positive pressure. So yeah, if your gonna use that thing you need to tune with super cold intake temps and let it run ruch when it's not in use.

wait so my MAP sensor doesnt pick up the higher pressures in the manifold due to intake temperature? wow i wonder why my afc tells me it does... hmm..

I don't get ya....we have both a MAP sensor and IAT sensors. Our MAP only detects pressure, your IAT controls temp. Why would our ECU not change A/F ratio acording to air temp? Boost or otherwise.

On the other side, cold air won't hurt. Hot air is what leans out your mix

i thought we had an intake temp sensor but i didnt know for sure so i didnt say anything... its probably for shits and giggles, not for anything the ecu uses :p

oh and when its colder outside, or i spray my nitro, the intake mani pressure is higher on the map sensor

is the pressure higher than when its hot out?

no the pressure is higher when it is cold out... i dont get it either but oh well.
