I bought the car about a month ago for $2k..and it has 70k on it. It is in pretty good condition, new tranny...but the outside needs some dents taken care of. 2 weeks ago the timing belt slipped (25 teeth ripped off of it)...and the guy I bought it from said he replaced it (obviously not). I ended up buying a new head/cams and all the valvetrain. I also had to get a new valve cover since the original was cracked. I am also waiting on a 14b turbo since mine locked up last weekend...the first day it was back on the road.
Basically, I have replaced the entire topend of the motor, valve cover, and the timing belt.
Mods include a custom MBC, a pillar pod, boost, tranny temp, and oil pressure guages, mp3 player, clear corners, MLS headgasket, 14b turbo, entire brake system, exhaust waiting to go on, and I painted the wheels.
