I am getting some knock while revving in neutral, if I hit the throttle hard I will get some knock. If I roll the throttle... no knock. I also have been getting some knock while driving off boost, not constant but still every now and then. I have tried pulling timing in and around the cells that it knocks at, but it doesn't help.

The car is on a SD setup and I have tried fooling around with my TipIn values to see if it that helped the standstill knock, but it doesn't help anything. I do notice the AFR on the high side when I get the standstill knock.

This issue has just recently surfaced. Nothing changed on the car. Any ideas ?

This log has two or three pulls in it and also shows some knock while driving off of boost. Look at about 680 seconds for the 2 pulls and knock between them.

This log is while the car is at standstill revving.

The car has a Evo 3 ECU with Link V3 Lite. Freshly built motor 2.3L Stroker (about 3000km) with a FP Red turbo, usual supporting mods.

There are quite a few Items you should be logging you are not.

It Could be PK...

But...
Work on your VE map and Smooth out your Timing map in the corresponding Load cells that you are picking up the Noise still... You have some fairly large changes between cells the car likely doesn't care for and your VE map is nearly Stock and could use some work.

Actually surprised the Afr it is as close as it is... Oh and stop free revving the car like that not a lot of point in doing so.

Always looking for tips, what other fields would you recommend that I log ?

I had just swapped the knock sensor and was checking to see if it made any difference. I will try and smooth out the map.

What makes this so strange though is that this problem just started out of the blue.
