Niagara Falls,
I've been having many problems with my headlights. First of all, no high beams at all. Second of all, passenger side front corner light...nothing. Drivers side works fine. I've checked all fused under the dash and under the hood, none are broken or split. Anyone have any ideas, can I use a multi/ meter to test it and how do I know if the plug for the corner/high beams/ are good? what should the multi meter read if good?

I would check the bulbs first, that would be simpiler and cheaper than anything else. However if the bulbs are good use a multimeter and just see if you are getting any power at all to the plug.

Hey guys, yah, sorry, I bought new bulbs and there was still nothing, so, I guess I'll try the multi meter and see how things go from there. If there is no power going to that bulb, and the fuses are all good, under hood and dash, what do I do next? Check underneath the fuse box to see if it's connected?

if there is no power at the plug work your way back. follow the wire back to the source. A wire diagram will make this alot easier. Trace the wires back until you get power. It takes a little time and is a pain but you should be able to figure it out.

By 180 degrees out, you mean screwed in all the way, sorry, I don't understand and I don't want to be a pain but, I'm just confused.
