My friend owns a 94 gsx that has a blown head gasket. He cant seem to sell it so started sell of parts from the engine my question is what parts are worth buying of him for my 2g eclipse gst.

I would just take the whole motor and use it to start a 6 bolt swap.

If its a 94 motor its a 7 bolt so dont buy that. The 1g head flows more than the 2g so you might want to grab that off of him

Hey thanks you so much guys for responding quickly, I needed to know cause theres another person out that was trying to by the hole engine like you said,so i needed to know what parts to grab befor the motors gone.

you have a 16g so you shouldnt want the turbo in less you want it for a back up .

you could get the intake manifold its bigger then the 2g

also get the throttle body its also lager

you could get the valve cover just in case you paint yours less down time

or get the
turbo " manifold " ecu " smic" injectors "all i/c pipe" oil lines turbo coolent lines"bov and sell it as a turbo kit ive seen them go for over 500$ on ebay if your geting them cheap
