i put the car in reverse and tried backing out but the parking brake feels like it's still engaged when it's all the way down.. i've tightened it and loosened it and the same thing. it feels like it's still locking up the back right wheel. the car will move, but just letting out on the clutch isn't letting it go anywhere. anything i need to check for or do?

Get a hammer and whack on your caliper, might free it up. (I've had both my rear calipers freeze up more times than I can count, I can almost always get it unfrozen with a couple of good whacks from the 4-way or mallet.
