go to a paint supply store and get SEM vinyl die. you can use it for vinyl, carpet, upholstry, plastic, whatever. sticks VERY well to plastic, we use it all the time to paint trim rings and stuff for video systems we do. you can get it to match pretty much any color interior you want, there is quite a selection. they're about 8 bucks a can, but work very very well, and won't flake off like spraypaint.

if none of those match, you can get a kit that has a glass jar, and an aerosol attachment that takes liquid paint that the shop can mix for you, and you can spray it on just like spraypaint. we had to do that for a new sequoya because none of the SEM's they had matched very well.the sprayer was like 4 bucks, and it was like 7 or 8 for them to mix us the color. just give them the interior color code off your door sill and they should be able to match it perfectly :)
