P0335 after jumping another car

Okay so I lost my keys to my 99 eclipse gs and the battery went dead, later on I find my keys. I wanted to move the car, so I jumped start my car from my other 98 eclipse gst. Everything was fine I moved my gs to the garage after it finished charging I parked my gst on the side of the road.
I left it there overnight. So this morning I get in the car to go to work and the car wouldnt start. I got power to everything, lights, buzzer, cluster, power was fine but everytime I turn the key I got nothing. I tried maybe nine times and i was like wtf? I sat in the car awhile and tried it again. The car started right up.
I thought, okay whatever it was just a fluke.
So driving to work I get a CEL. I have a Aeroforce scan gauge in the car so I pulled the code and got P0335.
I have started the car on and off now and everything is normal, driving and idle is fine.
Related parameters scaned from Aeroforce scan gauge:
Battery: 13.1-13.3
Crank Angle: 750, 781
TPS Millivolts: 465.5
RPM: 750-777
Should I just clear the code and see if it comes on again?
Could it be something more serious?

Um what is the CKP signal?
EDIT:, duh Crankshaft Position Sensor
Let me check...

Crank Angle vaule rises and lowers with RPM vaules.
They both stay around the same vaules. ex: 2000RPM= around 2000 Crank Angle.
Is that good?

Sounds normal. You might have a crank sensor that is starting to go bad.

I noticed that at random times the Crank Angle vaule goes to 0 for 1 sec then resumes to normal vaules. could that mean its coing out or that is just a tech glitch? communication link error to the gauge from the ECM?

More than likely your crankshaft sensor is failing or you have excessive moisture or corrosion in the connector...

The crankshaft position sensor on 2g's is underneath the timing belt cover on the lower portion of the engine. When you pull the timing belt cover off check the pick-up disk or tone ring for any damage....
