Hello, this is my first post and I really need some knowledge on this. I bought a 98 gsx with a 6 bolt swap about a year ago. This is my very first dsm. I Pulled the engine, changed a bunch of gaskets, all timing components and fixed the boost leaks. It’s always thrown a p0202 code since I got it. I changed the injectors and it still does it. It sometimes switches between p0202, p0203, and p0204 code but most of the time it’s p0202. Checked the ohms of all the injectors they are all 13 ohms. Changed the resistor pack twice, new spark plugs (ngk bpr7es gaped to .028). New magnacore 8.5mm wires, new 1300 cc injectors. Any ideas on why it keeps throwing the code?
Second issue I’m having is during idle and while a constant throttle between 1800-3400 rpm in every gear the car seems to misfire/ sputter but no codes. It’s worse the lower the gear and you can hear it out of the exhaust. If I let off the throttle it goes away or if I get on it it goes away. No issues while in boost. Cylinder one does have low compression do you think that could be the problem? I’m lost and was thinking of changing the power transistor and coil pack but I have no clue, also read it could be an ecu issue. Just trying to see what some of you guys with more knowledge have to say about it.
