owners manual on order, but need a favor

I have a favor to ask, I have an owners manual on order as the title says. I had a warning light come up in the past couple day that I can't seem to get rid of. I was wondering if anyone could scan the page(s) that explained the different warning lights. Mine isn't scheduled to be here until the 19th, and i'd rather not drive around with an unknown light.

For reference, its the courthouse light, which i thought was coolant level, but my levels are fine. The car is running fine, it's not overheating, I get heat and the passenger floor isn't wet (not a blown heater core)... however, I haven't checked the thermostat.

The one that looks like a couthouse is indeed for the coolant system. Are you sure that the resovior is full too? Is that the only light that is on?

Yup, topped off in the system and the overflow tank, although the system only took about 8oz before it was full completely full. and yes, this is the only light that is on.

I will be doing a coolant flush and new thermostat this weekend getting it ready for winter though... the coolant tested ok, but just for extra security, and peace of mind knowing that it's absolutely right will make me feel better

well sounds to me like the senor in your coolant overflow isnt working properly, mine light was on when i dint have enough coolant... yours in on when its full.... check the wires or the senor good luck

Id imagine with a company that uses a light that looks like a building from the ancient greek era to indicate coolant level, the lights themselves may be in a different place, but still the same thanks

If there is fluid in the overflow, remove the bottle from the car and thoroughly rinse it with a hose, maybe clean it with dish soap but be sure to rinse it completely. Before reinstalling, make sure the sensor and harness connections are clean and free of debris.

Curious how this issue with the light keeps popping up after being answered so many times, no offense intended.

This wasn't a question about the light, it was a request for the pages in the owners manual that explain what the lights are.... I searched and didn't find specifically what i was looking for.

and it still looks like a greek tomb... what would posses them to make a light after an old 30's ford radiator?
