overboost or creep?

MY car is getting fuel cut or somthing the only time it does it is when
im wot it runs great intell the boost gets to about 16psi i have a mbc
and doesnt turn the boost down far enough can someone help tell how to get the boost down

Are you sure you have your MBC hooked up correctly? Did this problem occur the minute you put on your MBC? Are you sure you're adjusting your MBC the right way? I have done this before, sometimes you think it goes one way, and it actually was supposed to be the way that you thought was wrong.
