Just to start off I have been researching for almost a week on this issue with no results that helped I used forms and Google.
My car is a 98 eclipse gsx 7bolt
So I am having issues with my car it runs fine when it's cold, and I could boost it up to 25psi with no issues. But as soon as my car warns up to 200 °F it starts to stutter/sputter while cruising. I recently rebuilt my car with evo 8 pistons and replaced rod bearings and main bearings acl brand. Things I have already done replaced spark plugs re gapped the plugs down to .028, replaced plug wires, crank sensor was replaces as well, fuel pressure regulator, coolant temps sensor, and have done a boost leak test and have little to no leaks.

Car Build
Dsmlink, 255 walbaro fuel pump, 1250cc perscion injectors, running e85, unknown catback 2.5inch with gutted cat, dnp exhaust manifold, arp head studs, mls cometic head gasket with coper spray, head was milled down and have new seals and valves, evo 8 valve springs, fmi, arp main studs, acl thrust washers, balance shaft delete, ported oil filter housing, etc...

I do not have a way to monitor fuel pressure, but I did replace my fuel pressure regulator with the one my friend had laying around. After I replaced it, it did not make a difference sadly.

I do have a log of me driving around and doing some pulls on dsmlink if you want me to upload. The wideband has not been setup right on dsmlink just to mention LOL.

Here is a pretty long data log of myself cruising and doing some pulls.

I'm going to try and get an aftermarket fuel regulator and see what happens. Hopefully it fixes my issues! I will let you all know LOL!

So I just got done installing an aeromotive a1000 fuel pressure regulator I managed to get from a friend. I followed this link http://www.dsmtalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=223261 to make sure I am doing the install correct which I did. It helped reduce the sputtering/chugging, but it still happens when the car gets warm. Any other ideas on what might cause this? Also to mention I did reset my fuel trims after the install. Thanks!

Here is a log of me cruising around with some slight pulls.

First thing I want to say is thank you all who has helped me on trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. I did manage to figure out what caused my car to get really rich, lean, and misfires all at random times. It turned out that my regulator was bad, the fuel filter got clogged, and my fuel pump was bad as well. How I came to this conclusion that my fuel pump was bad. Was when after driving on the interstate and back on regular roads my car ran lean and felt like one cylinder was firing only. Until I managed to pull off to the side shut my car off and start it again it ran kind of fine. I just got done replacing the fuel pump I borrowed from my friend which was also bad LOL. I got a new walbro 255 high pressure pump after the install now the car runs perfect fuel trims and does not stutter, misfire, or run lean nor rich. Also how I found out my pump was bad is how it made a strange loud whining noise that sounded different than it normally does.
