OUR insurance isn;t going up, shitty driver's insurance is.

Well, our cars are definatly tanks... I was coming home from taking a friend home, and was on this back road with no traffic on it at all, and I was going about 35 - 40, and I started around this one curve, and halfway through it I hit loose rock and I lose all traction and slide off the road on the left side... through a barbed wire fence, and over a shelf of rocks, and I high center on the rocks and dirt...

I walk up the road a little ways to get signal, and I call my parents, and they come and my mom gets in the car and tries to pull out while me and my dad are pushing it, and it pulls out slowly...

after that I DRIVE IT 40 MILES HOME with no problems and it feels just as smooth as normal... though I will be checking it out and making sure everything underneath is ok, I just think its pretty crazy that it went through that and drove home just fine...

my car was hit by a semi in the back a year ago today.. no damage was dont except for a scuff.. i live on a side street and the semi tried to "run" away, my neighbors called the police and caught him like a block away.. he wasnt suppose to be on a side street anyway.. my car was pushed up into someones front yard.. err.. i think he busted my tail light i dont remember.. but it took the abuse... ill refrain from posting the pic of the talon tank i have :-x

I wouldn't call that getting hit...maybe bumped or rubbed...but not hit.

Yea i got rear ended the other day by an s-10 and nothin but a small scratch..

I remember the thread where he talked about it happening, so I always knew the pic was real

On topic, my car got hit in the back end by a pickup truck at a traffic light and bent the back of the car enough the hatch wouldnt close (flew open when he hit)
Although I guess tanks may have their weak points

im waiting for someone to post pictures of the few cars ive heard of that flipped over like 6 times and the driver and passanger walked away from it.
