Options for Rear Brake Pads

I got a set of 94 AWD Calipers for my 1Ga and am going with a set of Hawk HP Plus Pads. What Pads can I get for the rear as I do not think Hawk makes any...

I am going with Goodridge SS lines and Power Slot Rotors...

I'd just run any kind of pads on the rear. For the most part, you most likely won't notice a difference running 25 dollar auto zone pads or 80 ceramic pads. The fronts on the other hand are a whole other story.

I run axiss metal masters up front and autozone's on the rear. Like BaddAssGst you won't notice much difference with rear pads.

This car is a track car... so I am wondering any differences in how each pad brand handles EXCESSIVE heat. Track Temps here in PR are normally well over 100 degrees. I dont want a pad that conna crumble all over my rotors.

Sorry to bring back an old thread here, but I have a question concerning rear brake pads on my 90 laser rs non abs. I'm replacing front + rear rotors + pads and on tirerack it said this; "Rear Fitment Note: Rear brake pads for modles with rear disc."

I thought I had rear drum brakes? Can someone tell me or show me whether I have drum or disc rear brakes?

If you have drums, your rear brakes will consist of a round, solid, rusty chunk of metal, roughly cylindrical, sort of... drum-like. If you have discs, the rear brakes will look like the fronts only with thinner rotors (round, shiny) and smaller calipers (rusty hunk of metal clamping down on one part of the rotor).

AFAIK no turbo dsm came with rear drums. I would have to look at CAPS to be sure.

Ah sweet man thanks thats exactly what I needed. I have disc brakes in the rear I guess. I appreciate the help
