Can't seem to find much info on rear brake pads these days.

GVR4 uses the same rear brake pads as a 1g DSM apparently.

Advance Auto doesn't stock anything locally and I am not really keen on Autozone after a recent experience.

I prefer to buy online anyways.

My front brakes I believe to be Brembo Blanks with Metal Master Pads. My rears are using Metal Masters as well with unknown rotors (could be Brembo Blanks too but won't know until I clean off the surface rust).

I'd like to go with Metal Master but it looks like their pads have been discontinued.

I also like Hawk since they stop the wife's Forester XT well but it looks like they don't make rear brake pads?

I know we are just talking rear brake pads so I don't want to spend a fortune yet I don't want to degrade performance of what is already a decent existing system (Brembo blanks, metalmaster pads, russell speed bleeders, SS lines).

Thoughts?

Thanks

I have carbotech brake pads in the rear. Working great so far and made in the USA which is a big plus for me.

Thanks for your input. So no one here has any other opinions on aftermarket rear brake pads huh? Might just go with the carbotech.
