What the hell is this all about? It is a freaking 2.0 liter. Yeah i could drive easier on the car but I got better milage out of my silverado when I romped on it. It was 5.3 liters. Some body help me!!!!!

You have a problem somewhere. Most DSMs get at best 22-24 MPG highway, and 20 or so MPG city.

Things that could be wrong:

1) Do an intake leak test. If you have an intake leak, you could be running very rich, and wasting gas.

2) Search for fuel leaks. Obvious.

3) Get an alignment. If you haven't in a long time, or recently put the car through some rough driving, get an alignment. That can totally throw off your MPG if the tires are fighting eachother constantly.

4) Make sure your tires are fully inflated. A deflated tire can cause a _big_ loss in MPG.

Those are good places to start.

Thanks. About the leak, is there any special tool I need to test for leaks, or just rev the car and hope to hear some thing. I am taking it to my mechanic in a couple days will he be able to tell if there is a leak?

Make a boost leak tester...search the forum.
If your mechanic does not know dsms, or at the very least, turbo engines, than he will probably not bother to check.
