OMG What am I missing (part)?!?!

What the heck, was installing my FP T28 today and umm i definately noticed that i am missing some that looks as if it were very important?!! It looks as it was clipped up and over the exhaust manifold and around the other side. What line is this is it a fuel line, O2 senor? Vaccum line? how screwed am i ive been driving the car withouth this thing since i bought it around 10k miles ago............What do ido what is the name of this thing and where do i get it????????? :thumbdown

The O2 sensor wire runs above the exhaust mani. (usually.)

o2 sensor, probalby just made your gas mileage kinda crappy, other then that no real ill effects
