you guys ever do anything near Des Moines? the dsm scene out here is dead, all hondas, there are a few nice dsms here and there but very minimal.

Where's cars and cofee? I've finally been getting back out since the divorce but hardly ever see other DSM'ers out, it's always 50 hondas and a few od-ball cars, but i have fun walking on them before going home at night

Its at the hy-vee at 156th and Maple, saturdays at 7 am. I think its every week depending on the weather. I've never been able to make it.

You are right sir. I only go if I am not working. I am working the next 2 saturdays but not the 3rd so I will be there then.

Whats up guys? so my motor is back togather and im getting ready to drop it back in over the weekend, if nothing comes up, but i was looking at some new turbos, (Just seeing whats out there) I was lookin at some 18gs and some 20gs, Right now im using a Evo III 16g, but ive been told by a few ppl that if im goin to go with a bigger turbo that i should forget about the 18g and save a lil bit more and get the 20g? or should i just say with the 16g?

Got the 6 bolt put back togather (almost) im waiting on some Exhaust manifold studs from the Graveyard, Ordered my Wide band today, waitin on my AFC and my Boost controller then i should be ready to go have Chad tune it once the motor is back into the all wheel, So who all went to the shoot out? i couldnt make it to this one b.c i couldnt get the time off work, the week was already signed to someone else, but if anyone is bored the next couple weekend fell free to come out and help get the 6 bolt back in.

I just came back from Illinois, picked up a new engine from Scott at AMS. Holy sh!t 20 hours round trip and over 1200 miles. This means I will have another DSM running soon hopefully by Nov. 1 just in time for snow and winter .

So I got my SAFC 2 from a friend in town that is 'between dsms' .
Now I can put in my injectors, pump, 2g mas, headers, o2, ect

Then once I get the new clutch in this beast is going to be taking names.
Now my v8 friends are going to be REALLY pissed off. Especially since my camaro is faster than my dsm...

Anyway.. Roll call, whos still in this thread.. We need to get an event going, snow doesnt slow these cars down.

Yes, and with the rain these last few days, I've gotten to see some ''tourqe
induced oversteer'' and with the air so dense a few fuel cuts..

I don't know about other cars, but mine pops a nice flamethrower out
the back when it comes back in from a cut..

Yeah we'll have to cook something up.. See I'm not alowed to have another DSM because mine is already black cherry and if I had another it might somehow, magically, out of my control, get painted pink..

I live in omaha ill be puttin the car up as soon as the salt goes down. I dont rock the DSM in the winter if i dont have to let me no if theres any gatherings going down im game thx
