Oily mess in the IC and intake piping

From the turbo outlet to the throttle body, it's all really oily. I blow blue smoke if I idle too long. Would the breather filter and catch can remedy this?

I think your turbo is going bad. The seals that keep the oil around the bearings are starting to (or have) failed, letting oil into the compressor housing, which sends it up your intake piping, causing the symptoms you describe. Does your turbo have a lot of shaft play?

No, a breather or a catch can wont remedy this.
