Oil questions help need to get some after work

Does the 95 GS use 10W 30 or 5W30? I don't have the owners manual. it's got 130K miles so i'm thinking sticker oil is better.
Any thoughts?
Also is the high mileage stuff worth it or a marketing gimic?

Dont use 5w-30....that stuff is a bit to thin IMO. I run 10w-40 Castrol GTX Conventional

I run Royal Purple 10w-30. I think 5w-30 is a bit too thin also.

Thanks for the info. Because this is just a 420A and higher mileage I'll just go with conventional 10W40. thanks for the help.
