ok...so my balance shaft belt snapped and took the timing belt with it. bent two valves, but i got everything fixed and ready to put back togather. i was lining up all the sprockets but when i tried to line up my oil pump sprocket , it wouldn't turn. everything else is turning fine. i have no idea what the problem could be. ppplleeaaseee help

Same thing had happened to my car when I had purchased. The oil pump shaft was tweaked from the balance shaft belt going. Long story short I went through two oil pump sprockets before realizing this and having to buy a brand new front cover. Good Luck
