*This is according to the Stock Gauge!*
-Oil was just changed with Castrol Syntec 10w-30 and is full according to dipstick
-No knocking, bucking, hesitation, overheating, or debri of any sort in the oil

Well ever since I bought the car which was only a month ago the stock oil PSI gauge reads very low.... Just above the last bottom mark to be exact. It will move slightly up and down but not alot at all. The Chassis/Motor has 146,000 and it is a 96 but I did all the checks for a used car and it checked out great! (Crank walk, Compression, Brakes, Turbo shaft play, Rust, etc.) Have all the service records for the car and it seem to be in great condition so im just wondering if the gauge is worn out possibly or if im over looking something?

Slowly starting to mod the car for a bolt-on daily driver and gauges (Boost & Oil PSI) will be installed within a week or 2 and I will update then with numbers.

Most of the time this is just normal operation for the stock guage and is a common misconception among owners. It could be the sending unit as well though. I would just replace it with an aftermarket guage which will come with a new sender to be sure.:) Just take a look at these for example.
