oil presure gauge and shock questions

i was just wondering if i could wire my oil pressure gage to the stop sending unit? and if not can i wire my stock one to the after market sending unit?

and bout the shocks, the guy before me put on some 2 in lowering springs and the ride is pretty rough i was wondering if i put in some GR-2 KYB shocks if the ride would get any better?

Probably not. Resistance values will undoubtedly be different.
