I have seen some cars that have it up by the valve cover and some by the oil filter. Where is it supposed to go on the 99 gst spyder?

Yeah a lot of the pcs i see are down there but i remember when i got the car before i dropped an engine in there it was by the valve cover. But when i look down by the oil filter and i dont see an extra wire for that sensor. If its supposed to go in the block by the valve cover what color is the wire supposed to be that goes to the sending unit?

Ok I h ave searched up and down that engine bay and there are no extra wired that would go to the oil pressure sender. Can anyone tell me from which wire loom and which wire goes to the oil pressure gauge in the dash.
