Oil Lifters

I have gotten sick of hearing that ticking noise of the lifters in my engine, but not only that. My engine is becoming sluggish and i can hear them ticking all the time now even when im driving they dont stop making the noise. Does anyone know wher to get good stock replacement lifters or good aftermarket lifters. I have a 1995 talon tsi, i heard that the 99 eclipse turbo oil lifters are better so i'd rather get those if i could. oh and i didnt search at all before I posted this so if there is a thread on this already feel free to flame.
