Oil Leak : PICS

Look in the first pick, between the 2nd and 3rd exhaust port, there's oil there too. Judging by how poorly fastened your turbo is to your exhaust manifold, I'd be willing to bet your exhaust manifold is loose too.
Also, I'd say do a compression test and post up.

Those are all good thoughts except that the oil should NOT be blowing out of the exhaust manifold in the first place, studs seeping maybe. How many miles do you have on your car? A tell tale sign of bad valve stems is seeping oil through the exhaust mani, under decceleration the oil will be literally pushed pushed past the old worn steam seals and forced out through the path of least restistence, ei...your exhaust which will smoke a tad, and your mani gasket. Valve stem seals fail like clockwork on our car at around 100k, so if your close to that I'm almost positive thats your issue, but try what the others have recommended because its way easier

Had the same problem on my car a while ago. Turned out to be leaky valve guides. New guides = no leak. YMMV.

Hey guys that I did a complete top end rebuild replacing the valve seals, and all other gaskets torqued everything back to spec and no leaking now.

My friends car is having this problem, except he is also blowing smoke. His motor and head were both done 2-3k miles ago and it started to smoke. It smokes at idel somewhat but smoke gets heavier when you get on the gas. It was first believed to be the turbo but it was swapped for a known good one with the same results. Compression is fine across all cylinders. The oil on the ex mani points to something in the head to me but the smoke getting heavier when WOT concerns me in the other direction. Hopefully a leak down will solve it as I may have the chance to pick up the block from him.

Did you replace the valve guides?If the motor has high mileage and you didn't change them out I would do a leakdown test. Doing all the gaskets is fine and well, and now your friend has good rings and valve seals. So now, with the worn out valve guides and a good tight seal everywhere else, they are the problem.
