oil leak bad crank? need help

Hey i have a 6bolt in my 99gst i had a huge oil leak from the crank seal it was actually pouring out. The other day i put a new crank seal in and after ten min it did the same think and it looks as if my crank wobbles. After that i noticed my timing belt is loose depending on how the crank sits any help would be great thanks.
