Toronto,
Okay here is the deal people.

Currently running the Vortem FMU (12:1), 370cc injectors, using the SAFC2 to tune. (I know rich)

I'm throwing a CEL light light because the car is too rich, its so rich that my AEM wideband(lamda display) starts doing weird things like going from stoich at idle, to Rich (---) with no numbers, then bounces all way over to lean(---) with no numbers. I had this checked out on a dyno because my wideband kept going to lean, but the dyno's Airfuel gauge says that I'm strictly running rich.

So I ordered the SFMU, to hopefully fix all that. Anything else that I could do in the mean time?

But now I just ran into another delima, My car is leaking oil, I haven't gotten a good look at it yet, but it was coming out of my breather valve, what scares me is there was a lot of oil at the bottom of the car. When I get a better look at it today I will post again, but my car is giving me more trouble ini the past 3weeks then it has its whole life.

could be blow by. when i burned a hole in my 3 and 4 pistons oil went everywhere out of that breather. i have heard of blow by happening and people making a oil catch can for it. what psi are yopu runnin'?

don't worry yourself yet. blow by is normal. thats why cars have pcv vales to relieve blow by gas to prevent pressure build up in the crankcase.

even a brand new engine has a certain amount of blow by gas. blow by gas can't be prevented because no piston ring can seal %100.

If you ever looked in any stock air intake hose where pcv tube enters you'll always see oil.
when you rev the engine high the chances of oil escaping is higher. no big problem. just buy an oil catch can if don't like seeing the oil on other engine parts.

Okay cool, well tomorrow is what I have time to take some stuff apart, and see whats really going on. If its an oil catch can that I need to relieve this whole problem that would be great. I think I"m still going to send my motor in to start being built now just in case. And I really need my SFMU so I can get rid of this cel light that is telling me I'm too rich. (370cc and SAFC2)
wish me luck.

Well, after some diagonosing, with a mitsubishi tech this morning, the steam coming from my breather valve seems to be from the head gasket., however it doesn't seem to explain why I'm losing so much oil through the breather valve. The oil only comes out after I drove it under boost, but not at idle. I"m thinking its time for an oil catch can, but I don't think that much oil should be in there everytime.
with that said, this motor with nearly 130 000 miles is about to be scrapped, and I'm gonna take my second motor to the machine shop and have em get started on the bottom end asap.
