oil filter size for 2g

i will be changing my oil tomarrow, and i gonna get an oil filter but the stock one is tiny, i heard a 1g is bigger, will it work, also i heard an evo 8??

yeh i bought my car with a big filter on it and when i bought the one for my car i was like this isnt right its all tiny and looked around and is the right one? whats going on is the bigger one that fit better? please help!!! i like and feel better with the bigger one on there but am not sure.

Buy an oil filter for a 1G turbo car....the filters are much larger.

do they make any difference tho? like flow wise or oil pressure wise?

My oil pressure stayed about the same or at least I didnt see any difference. I figured with that said you get a lil better oil flow. Make any sense?

you want the 90-91 6-bolt oil filter. 93-94 and all 2G's (7-bolts) have the smaller filter. EVO filters are not as big as the 6-bolt, but a little bigger than the 7-bolt filter

evo8 filters work fine, they're shorter length and wider diameter.
