oil filter prob

i just installed my rnr 3 inch turbo back o2 eliminator and i can't get my oil filter to go on straight because the piping gets in the way has anyone else expirenced a similiar problem?

That has happened before, I know someone makes a smaller filter but I can't remember which one it is.
