Has anyone ever seen this from one of these batteries?

I have been running the pc680 for about 2 years with no "major" problems. I've been trying to dial in SD the past few days and noticed the ABS light flashing on and off frequently then today I took a drive and when I popped the hood I noticed the battery had swollen. Wonder if this is still under warranty....

Check your alternator. I had an optima do this to me and the regulator was shot. When testing the alternator I hit 20v at the battery. How it didn't blow every light in my car I don't know, but I guess I caught it just in time. Just passing this on in case this could be your same issue.
