Odd Coolant Problem

1990 Talon TSI AWD. Ok so this is the deal, Car hasnt run about a yearish, just finished bolting on a new turbo, plugs wires, tune up so on. Here is the deal, Yesterday I was driving the car, short hauils no problems, So i took it out for a little ride to clean it out. Drove about 25 miles, pulled into the parking lot at Waaly world, something in the back of the motor that relates to coolant let loose, just about ALL of my coolant is on the ground, but the odd part is that its ALL coming from the back of the motor, and i went to touch it as its spraying off my car, (like a tart) and its not even really warm at all. So im like w/e checked all the heater hoses and there good. Bought a gallon of mixed 50/50 refilled. Took the way through town home, had NO coolant leaking issues again until im ALMOST home, (25 miles) and there it is again, out of the back of the block WATER, lots of it. Drove it home, this mourn i refilled again, jacked it up, started it and let it idol for about 45minz, with NO leaks, so i turned it off. Drove to my moms house, right before i got here its blowing it again, so this is the thing. Its coming from the back of the motor looks like around the intake manafold, heater hoses look ok, the 2 freeze plus next to the knock sensor (i think there freeze plus) are still there, NO water mixed at ALL with the fresh oil, no bubbles or anyhting, car doesnt even run like its got a bad HG, runs NICE and cool until it decideds it wants to puke up all its water... So any diagrams of the back of the motor if there are more freeze plugs or water pipes would be nice, or any help would also be sweet. Im lost on it, and its way too hot to try to shove my hand under the intake manafold when its doing it ... 3 days running again and its starts

WELL, I started it again to see maby if i culd see the leak, i grabbed one of the heater hoses and it broke off of the housing attaching to the back of the firewall.... Rerouted the hose. All is well again in talonville....
