OBDII port question.

I baught a dynamic soft flasher for my car. cheap on supposed to be easy. i have located my obdII port but cant figure out how to bring it down so i can connect the wires so that i can get it to work. there are no screws, so its probably just on there by a catch, but i still cant seem to undo it. maybe theres an easy way that i just dont see. i got a 02 eclipse. can anyone maybe help me?
