I am currently between .82-.83v when i am at wot. I read that it should be at .87. Am I running too lean, or is this good enough to not cause any detonation.

Also, to get the mid and high trims to kick in. What speed do I have to be going at?

Do I have to cruise within that range for a certain amount of time to get them to start moving? Because the way i've been doing it is wot pulls to set my high trim, but it moves so damn slow and it's saying i'm rich with a 93% high trim, but the O2 voltage is saying a tad lean.

So do i just cruise like above 60 for high trims and like 40-60 for mids?

There are a whole bunch of issues to touch upon here, so I will try to stay organized and get them all.

Don't tune for a certain O2 voltage at full throttle. Tune using the timing and knock as your primary concerns, and then use the O2 voltage as a secondary reference for your car only.

The fuel trims are not determined by speed, they are generally determined by airflow. The Low trim you just want to tune at idle, and the hi trim I tune at a standard highway cruise around 3-4k rpm.

The mid trim I don't tune by itself, per se. Do you have a SAFC? If you do, the mid trim will be primarily effected by the 2k rpm point on the low throttle map. Set your 1k and 3k points based on the lo and hi trims, and then put the 2k point halfway between then. Drive around for a couple weeks, and then change it as necessary.

I have found that it sometimes will take a week or more for the mid trim to change; this is because you never stay in that range for a very long time.

I have the the MAFT, with a blow through set up. So by what you're saying, my rpms will probably be a bit different since I will be flowing more air...right?

I have a palm w/ the MMCD software. Shouldn't I be able to monitor the MAFS airflow?
If this is true, do you know what Hz I should be looking for between the mid and highs?
