o2 housing gasket

Will a evo3 02 housing gasket work with a t25 and ported 2g o2 o2 housing. Also a 7cm turbo/manifold gasket is the same size on the exterior as the stock gasket but with a larger 7cm opening correct?

You're correct about the 7cm gasket (assuming your talking about a Mitsu. gasket and not a SS one).

The Evo 3 O2 housing gasket will be fine around the turbine outlet. However the hole for the wastegate passage is a little different. You can make it work by trimming a little of the gasket with a grinder. Otherwise some of the WG passage is blocked by the gasket.

Ok i can do that no problem. I was going to get the e3 gasket as I am planning on porting the o2 housing and was told that porting the housing to match this gasket would be the best.

Or should I just get the 2g gasket and port the o2 housing to match it?

Can anyone else give me some input on this. Which gasket should I get to use with a stock turbo (t25). just a plain o2 housing gasket or the evo 3. Is there any benefit to spending the extra couple bucks on the evo gasket?

I would get the regular 2G gasket if you are using a regular 2G (non-evo) ) 02 housing.
