nx express gen-x2 kit...

wewll i like the kit, but i was wondering how many people have used this or a similar nx kit that has themicro switch at the bottom of the pedal. to me a switch seems like it would break easy, so i was wondering if anyone here has had good//bad experience with the switch. the kit looks like an awesome deal with basically everything i need to be able to run it at the track.

also i was wondering to everyone who uses n20, do you open the bottle everytime you race or just leave it open all the time? i was thinking i could open the bottle when i go for a drive, then close it wen im done driving. or i could ount the bottle in back seat or behind passenger seat. im counting the days till i get this im ordering it august 1st

Don't put the micro switch at the pedal (though that works) just put it around the throttle body so that the rotor hits it as it opens. Pretty easy to hook up once you see it. Your generic nitrous kit has that in it though.

I had the Genx2 kit and it's nice to have the blow down tube so your legal at the track the heater works great too. I recommend the kit big time, the puge is killer too.

When at the track I just left it open all the time and purged before I ran. At night I woudl turn it on before I left the house and shut it off on the way home and puged it out (or sprayed it out) so it was empty on the way hom.

NX solenoids are guaranteed for life and they will rebuild them for free if you sent them in. Just send them in every winter for a free rebuild and you have nothing to worry about.

Yeah life time warranty, free rebuilds so send em in and they will ship them back all freshened up. No need to worry about your equipment with NX, they have the best customer service of any nitrous company I have ever delt with.
