Number on side of engine mean?

I was told by a company they put a jdm engine in my car. I tried to look up how to read this number to help me ID this but with no luck. Can anyone bring light to this?

I'd be interested if anyone knows as well. D32A is the code for a 2g fwd-t, so is this just how they started stamping the blocks after 1g's instead of the entire VIN ?

It's basically a "VIN" for a Japanese domestic market car in that, similar to the North American version of ASA with our 17-digit VINs, that is the number to input to the Japanese version of ASA. As tmoney20g mentioned, D32A is the model code for a 2G FWD turbo car. It's a '96 model block.
